I like that it's easy to use, has all of my favorite features in one place (photos/stats), allows me flexibility with scheduling appointments etc., can set reminders for myself or others about upcoming visits if needed which helps keep things organized & makes life easier! There are some minor issues here but nothing major - just something you get used too quickly when using this software :) It does what we need most- organize our day by keeping tabs on every visit as well as reminding us at future times regarding follow up actions such as photos taken during each appointment time slot. We love being able to see stats from previous months via graphs since they don't always show everything clearly enough without adding extra lines.
