Not for SUV users

I had this 12 inch fan on my 1988 Ford Ranger 4x4 for a few months and I have only used the fan 4 times in total as an extra pusher in combination with my mechanical fan. The other day it stopped working and I couldn't get it to work, checked the wiring but the motor doesn't turn. The vibrations of the dirt/rocky roads and the occasional mud puddle might have killed it, but the water never got over the bumper (the fan is mounted 4 inches above the bumper).
