Consistently low readings

Despite being calibrated with liquid food, the Hanna salt meter shows consistently low readings (1.023 when water is 1.026) compared to a calibrated refractometer. It was also tested with calibration fluid 1.026 from another company. This seems to be a known issue on online forums when properly calibrated and used correctly. On the other hand, while inaccuracy should be a hurdle, it's a comfortable and quick device to use, and if it's even consistently inaccurate, you can make up for it. respectively.
