Review on 🚗 Aluminum Bumper Tow License Plate Mount Bracket for Porsche Cayenne 2011-2017 - Xotic Tech by Chase Dunn

Nice part that is well made and comes with all the small parts. It took me a minute or two to figure out that the threads in the bumper are left/counterclockwise. The reason for the 3 stars is that the bolt that screws into the tow hook threads in the bumper is too long for the Cayenne. Because of this, the plate sticks out uncomfortably. I cut off about 1 1/4" and redo the front threads that hold the plate mount to the stud. Also, the notch on the front needs to be reworked to accommodate the recess on the plate mount. An hour to fine tune it to your goals .It would also be useful to indicate in the instructions the minimum distance to the parking sensors.A test drive on the first day did not reveal any problems.The ride on the second day taught me that I was too close to the parking sensor.Equally useful is the fact that the pin locks counterclockwise.
