The patterned material in the center fits perfectly, but the outside is smooth fabric. Still looks and feels way better than the worn seat it replaced. less than an hour to install. Most videos recommend removing the seat entirely. A skinny guy (me) has just enough room to open the lid, get some strain, a few curses, and maybe a tetanus shot. The rear seat plastic trim has two plastic tabs that hold the backrest in place.
