Review on KitchenAid Classic Fine Edge Utility 4 5 Inch by Maria Fukushima
Not what I was hoping for.
A friend has a 4-inch Kitchenaid Sandoku knife that she's never sharpened, and it goes through a head of cabbage like butter. I bought the larger one (7 inches) expecting the same or better, but it's just another cheap blade that needs sharpening after each use. Nothing special about this knife...
