My older Dyson made a terrible squeaking noise but still had pretty good suction power. It actually reminded me of a jet engine. I researched what could be causing the noise and one recommendation was to change the filters. I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay a lot of money if it didn't work, so I bought this product because the price is very good. I'm so glad I did! The horrible noise stopped as soon as I put these new filters in. My Dyson now has even more cleaning power. Hooray!
