Review on 🔌 Cablemax RS-232 LED Link Tester - DB-9 Male to DB-9 Female Connector by Jeff Alradwan

9 is definitely out of stock and it was a blessing to find it at Revain. I needed a built in, easy to use and understand test box to test the signals from the control panel to the external RS-232 control port and the installed video projectors. I need to figure out when the projector won't turn on or off from the wall controls, whether it's the wall controls/wiring or the projector - if I call the wrong vendor responsible for the warranty/repair I'll eat up the cost increase for a support call. A small test block with a visual indicator makes diagnosis very easy. I didn't find the LEDs "dim" like some others have mentioned, mine were nice and bright and didn't show any "bleeding" of the LED next to it. This unit is solid and does what it says on the tin, I found like some other reviewers that the nuts next to one side of the plug get in the way when connected directly to the unit rather than the cable, but they are lightweight to remove and no problem. I would recommend this to others.
