*update* after longer use, the colors are now ok, even more washed out, but red and green are brighter, blue is not as strong, magenta and punk are also weaker. I love the button, even with voice control. If I need to turn on the light in the middle of the night and don't want to disturb my girlfriend, I'll turn it on with one click and dim up to 10% progress from there. I fixed it next to the bed for easy access. It's magnetic. So if you have things you can use like a metal safe, table legs or counters, it sticks to that too. Otherwise it comes with a round mount (wish there were more of these), the poor guy's alternative would be a steel disc and some hot glue so it can be peeled off where you stick it if needed. Looks ugly but is cheaper than $2 and I have several places to glue it. You can always paint them to match your wall color. Changing dead LIFX bulbs after an update killed them over six months ago. The first thing that struck me was that they weren't even nearly as bright at full brightness. The color is terribly washed out. The only positive is that they connect and also do what they are supposed to. I just wish they were comparable to LIFX in terms of quality.
