It's only been 3 weeks since I've used the device with Cooper (Black Lab Escape Master) and I'm very happy with the accuracy, ease of use and tracking design. I created an account, added safe zones, and edited some notifications in less than 15 minutes. The usability and easy setup of the app was great! When Cooper first started wearing the device, I felt so calm when I left him alone in our fenced yard or when we went for off-leash walks. There was only one emergency and during the panic the live tracking function worked, it was easy to start and I was able to locate Cooper quickly. I would highly recommend this product as it works as expected and makes me feel like I know where Cooper is or where he has been!
