Tractive 3G GPS Dog Tracker – Unlimited Range Dog Tracking Device Review

Perfectly working real time tracking device down to my dog but damn isn't as intuitive or easy to learn how to damn uses thing. Also, my dog figured out how to take it off (by rolling on his back on the grass and undoing the latch), so I have to tie it around my neck in a pouch. They really need to come up with a more secure design to attach to the dog's collar.

After trying all the others I FINALLY have one that actually tracks REAL TIME which is the most important thing. This will give you the exact location. The mobile app is way better than any other. The whistle, on the other hand, was a joke. I forgot how much I sent back. This one uses cell towers, but you don't need to buy a separate SIM card for it. It is absolutely waterproof. The device does not track my dogs in real time. I don't need to know where my missing dogs were 20 minutes ago. I need to know where they are NOW. Tractive is based in Austria. They have no means of communication other than email. They cannot be reached by phone. Do Not Buy This Product. I was so hoping that when I first got it and tried it, it worked great for about 10 hours. Then he never worked again. The first reply took 24 hours and since they reply at 4am it takes another day for you to reply. It took them 4 days to decide to replace my tracker and that's only because I had Tractive Care and now it doesn't even arrive after a week or 5 days if I pay more. Unfortunately, my dogs have run away without a tracker for 4 days and can no longer be found.
