Review on Tractive 3G GPS Dog Tracker – Unlimited Range Dog Tracking Device by German Diaz

The device does not track my dogs in real time. I don't need to know where my missing dogs were 20 minutes ago. I need to know where they are NOW. Tractive is based in Austria. They have no means of communication other than email. They cannot be reached by phone. It took nearly two weeks to attempt to resolve the issue via email, when a 20 minute phone call would have been more effective. This morning I received an email from them telling me they canceled my service and that I should return. Went (via Amazon) for a refund without my knowledge, consent or discussion of other options. They claim I have a terrible RSSI in my area. I checked it myself, there is excellent 4G and GPS coverage in this valley. On average our ping is around 50 ms, downloads can be as low as 5 Mbps but often reach 26 Mbps, downloads range from 1 to 2 Mbps. We don't stream movies here, we just try to provide GPS coordinates. Should be enough, right? I think her weak attitude is the most annoying. They don't even try.
