This is the best rake I have ever used. In fact, in my 77 years on this earth, I would add this to my list of the 50 biggest purchases of my life. I just love how easy it is to adjust the width from wide to narrow with a swipe of a well-crafted trigger. The rake is strong but not too heavy. I am currently using it to rake straw in my lawn. This is so easy because the rake teeth grab weeds, leaves or grass and don't let go. Therefore, do not rake the same material. I'm getting rid of all my plastic rakes. Don't waste money on them. I'm getting one for my brother for Christmas. I combine this with a portable leaf blower that mulches the leaves into a carry bag. In no time I can clean my lawn and flower beds.
