They are very professional in communication with their customers & quick turnaround time for results delivery (in case it is needed). I think they have better knowledge about genetic testing industry than other companies because most people who work there used genetics as part of education before joining this organization so that's why everything went well during my experience working here! The only thing was i felt sometimes when contacting them regarding samples issues but nothing major just minor inconveniences which were solved quickly by team members at neo geno services.
