This bamboo bread slicer is a handy little kitchen tool! It is fairly easy to unfold and assemble, and folds nicely for storage. The included knife is a bit rough, I replaced it with my bread knife and use the included carving knife instead. The only thing that made me not give it the full 5 stars is that it slides all over the place while I'm slicing my bread. If it came with silicone feet or something to keep it from sliding on the countertop it would quickly get 5 stars. Otherwise it's great! I've been baking bread for my family several times a week for the past 4 years and this little holder really makes slicing easier by holding the bread and giving me a nice and easy cutting guide with sandwich sized guides on one end and texan toast sized guides on the opposite End. Overall this is a great cutting guide for the price and I would recommend it to friends and family.
