Review on Performance Enhanced: Remy 92306 100% New Alternator for Optimum Power by Matt Tebow

This generator arrived a day early and saved me from disaster. Due to the extreme cold at the time, another car I owned had a gearbox failure and I was unable to drive to the funeral. However, this item arrived a day early and I was able to install it within an hour and was on its way! The packaging was adequate and the alternator "looked" brand new and high quality. That's 130 amps versus the 95 amps required for my 2002 Fordf F150 2x4 with V6 4.2 engine. I plan on installing a high performance bass system at some point in the future and this alternative should give me plenty of the extra juice I need. If you need a generator, get this one! There's no harm in having extra amperage even if you never need it. You never know you might one day hook up a boat trailer or whatever and it would be nice to have an alternator that can easily handle the extra light. At this price you can't go wrong! Local auto parts stores charge $160-190 for the same, probably lower quality, and even for a repair! This is a brand new genuine alternator (not remanufactured) from Remy who are known for making high quality alternators.
