No yarn used. I contacted customer service that I only received 1 ball. They said they would resend and I would have to send the first one back or I would be charged for 2 orders. Today came the second order with 1 ball of yarn. They are clearly from a different batch of dye. I am very upset and would have canceled the whole thing and sent it back but it was the color my granddaughter wanted for a special project I was planning to do for her. Update :: I contacted customer service again and they said they would cancel my order because they could not be sure the 2 balls would arrive in another replacement order. They will issue a refund when they receive the yarn back.
