I tried several different self-tapping screws that I bought on the internet. In many cases you can save money and get an equivalent product. This is one of those cases where the Kreg name is the best product. Also, Kreg isn't usually that much more expensive, especially here at Revain. So Craig gets five stars, I only took one star off because they have a screw I like better. The pocket hole screws they make are amazing. In addition, they work in hardwood, softwood and intermediate wood. I recommend you try them too, this is my 5 star Kreg screw!
