I've installed several alignment kits over the years and it wasn't easy with the first page. Be sure to rotate the assembly when reassembling, and also have a good pry bar handy. Also loosen the lower A-arm bolts as I have found that the extra movement makes installation much easier. I'd say it would be easier with a different pair of hands, but one person can do it. In general, the first side took about 2 hours, the other side about 1 hour. As always, check the torque on everything and plan alignment ahead of time to be on the safe side.
