This set has a design flaw - when you mount the rails in the direction shown in the instructions and on the packaging/website, the plastic hooks point down and not up! The plastic hooks are keyed so there is only one way to install them. I had to turn the roof rails upside down to use the hooks! Rail orientation is not just a user preference. This is a design flaw as the screw in the middle of each rail needs to be at the top instead of the bottom to strengthen the rail when hanging heavy objects (this isn't that important for my application so I won't do it). I have a problem with the return). In addition, the list does not describe the presence of metal hooks in 2 sizes; 10 smaller parts each for mops/brooms and 10 larger parts, presumably for garden tools with larger diameter handles. I suggest you skip this point altogether and buy a unit with the exact same design, but presumably no design flaws, for less at Lowes ($18 under the Blue Hawk brand).
