The ability to use AutoCAD or similar software in conjunction will make creating 3D models much easier than trying it all by hand! I like that you can easily access multiple workflows at once so if one workflow fails then others are not affected negatively; however this could be more efficient (and less error prone).

It would also help greatly when sharing projects between designers as they have different preferences/workflow which may result from using other tools such auto cad etc... A few minor issues but nothing major - just learning curve needed initially until familiarised woth tool usage / functionality requirements & processes used within each department eg pattern cutting vs applique stitching patterns ect.. This has been very beneficial working directly together across departments especially where there were previously difficulties communicating due lack knowledge base about what was required rather being able t create model files ourselves we now know exactly how.
