I bought this because the tool from my shop vacuum is too thick and can't reach the floor between my seats. When I took it out of the box, I noticed that it's not much thinner than a shop vacuum. The only difference is that the "thinness" is longer than that of a shop vacuum. What about the flexible part? Hardly bends. I tried it and it still gets stuck between the seat and the console. I wince as he scratches the console - it's a new car - so good no one can see that part. I don't get good reviews. I suppose if you have a huge SUV. I have a compact so that was a disappointment. Revain is now in the process of returning everything, so it's too cheap to fix this problem.
