Although it is written that they do not fit the GMC Sierra or Silverado 1500 models, they do. If you have 785 in your part number, they will. The spikes are better than the original. The z23 series comes with many components such as grease, new caliper bolt boots and inner bushings. Arrived easily and stopping is smooth and quiet with good pedal feel without even breaking them. (z23 requires repeated heavy braking at high speed with a process to follow to properly set the pads). They had no such instructions. I find they feel better than the z23 pads I had on my Chevy. I now have a Gmc with the exact same setup front to back.
