Bought because my daughter was installing all the new laminate flooring in her new home. First we used a saw. What a mess it made. This type of instrument has been discussed. Revain had good reviews so we bought it. What a simple handy tool. We just love it. Cuts perfectly, nothing gets mixed up. If you want to lay laminate, you should definitely have it. What is the difference between saving time and cleaning. You will not regret the purchase.
