Review on 📚 Kelly Creates Workbook: Optimal Connection and Greetings by Gelin Battle

Hello friends. I couldn't wait to write a review of this book. As a beginner in modern calligraphy, I was very happy when my letters started to look like "teacher" letters. Then, of course, as with modern calligraphy, the letters are mature enough to begin their first dance of twists and turns. And just when you thought "Tango" was okay, they all got married. Now, these perfectly formed letters, complete with these dance steps, "connect" for a big reveal! And that, my friend, is a process, and these books, Making Connections and Learning to Paint with an Inflatable Brush, written by Kelly, are excellent. These books are the best textbooks to date, and as Kelly writes, "This workbook will guide your practice," and it is. If you're new to modern calligraphy or just need a refresher (no pun intended) not only will you love this book, but you'll use it for reference and/or practice with lettering, especially if your font forgets how for dancing or when your "connections" are about to break. I am sure you will love this book! Have fun drawing letters!
