Love, love, love this skirt! Well made, high quality material and perfect! No stretch, made of wool. I've lost weight and last year's kilt is too big. This one fits my new little figure and is absolutely adorable! This is a wrap skirt. Inside where the material meets there is a velcro to close which I love! My other had a button which is good but this is better! Two buckles on the outside and a safety pin to open the valve. Great skirt for your money. Will definitely buy again! I'm 5ft 6in, 149# tall, curvy. Waist 29 1/2, Hips 39 inches. Wear 28 in mid-rise denim joggers in the rock revival.
