Overall I like Netgear products and am currently using the r6700. However, this cable modem c6300 is scrap. Maybe because it has been restored. It turns on and connects to the ISP, but then quits rebooting and reconnecting. This happens repeatedly without a break. In fact, it never works again. The restore process failed here and I now suspect all refurbished products on Amazon. Very disappointed. Also bought the Square Trade backup plan. I contacted them for a refund and received no response. It's been over six months so I think the warranty plan is a joke too.
