You must have a certain fondness for the mechanical assembly of these parts. For the rear you need to remove the rear wheels. Both the front and back require some drilling. And to install rivets, you need to buy a tool from Harbor Freight. The tool comes with extra rivets which is ideal as you will most likely break some of the rivets that come with the splash guard.
