You get what you pay for. I bought a car at a car auction earlier this year and restored it while we are out of business. Along the way, I used discounts and coupons to purchase additional tools needed for the overhaul. The reviews for them were so good that I bought them instead of a much more expensive set. After receiving them, I see that I still need a more expensive set. If there weren't so many issues with Irwin's returns I would have because they clearly can't get the job done. I can't even imagine what task they might be useful for. They aren't strong enough for auto repairs and not accurate enough for minor repairs. There were no instructions on how to change the tips, so it took me a second to figure it out. There is a small pin on the back of the center post that you pull to the side and then release the post. They are irreversible on their own, but putting the tip on the other side will do the same. It doesn't include a bag or storage box, so I included a zippered bag. Very quirky. I think next time I buy special tools like this I'll buy them from a regular store because I would see right away that there's no way those pathetic pliers are going to do the job.
