I used Melts to make Chocolate Covered Oreos and they came out great. The chocolate was delicious and the white color was still bright. I reheated 1/4 bag in a ceramic bowl for 30 seconds, stirred the chocolate with a spatula, reheated again for 30 seconds and continued stirring with the spatula until the chocolate was smooth. Avoid heating it in the microwave for more than a minute. I found it easier to melt small batches of chocolate and fill piping bags in portions than it was to melt a large chunk at once. This will make the chocolate smoother and shinier.
