The platform has been very effective for us! We were able solve many challenges related at first hand business process as CRM or lead generation but also more general ones like marketing automation strategy definition etc.. It's easy enought be used by anyone who knows how spreadsheets work (including non technical people). There are still missing features when compared withe other platforms out there which can sometimes make things difficult if you want advanced functionalities not available yet from day one without paying extra fees. Nothing specific really except maybe lack few connectors suchs Salesforce where they do have an API connector now so this could help solving integration problems between both systems once their products get integrated together eventually I guess? But yes definitely worth trying even though may take several months before everything will become fully operational just give them chance!! If your looking into something simple than dont hesitate because nothing beats simplicity here!
