Great tool to boost sales conversions and automate repetitive tasks

The platform has been very effective for us! We were able solve many challenges related at first hand business process as CRM or lead generation but also more general ones like marketing automation strategy definition etc.. It's easy enought be used by anyone who knows how spreadsheets work (including non technical people). There are still missing features when compared withe other platforms out there which can sometimes make things difficult if you want advanced functionalities not available…

Pros
  • Very good UI, fast to load pages in all browsers tested with no lagging issues whatsoever..even mobile phones seem pretty responsive too although slower loading speeds probably due network limitations..but that is common nowadays anyway right?! :) ) Easy enough way understand what it does after only couple times reading docs great documentation btw) Lots & lots different ways create custom reports dashboards whatever else

Excellent Customer Engagement Platform

I like how easy its use was for my agents! It helps them understand their customers better which leads into more productive conversations as they build relationships through each interaction. The platform has been great but sometimes there are minor glitches when using certain features such as creating surveys or scheduling appointments (maybe due to server overload). If you're looking at an excellent tool to help your employees get out & about interacting within the community then this would…
