I like how easy its use was for my agents! It helps them understand their customers better which leads into more productive conversations as they build relationships through each interaction. The platform has been great but sometimes there are minor glitches when using certain features such as creating surveys or scheduling appointments (maybe due to server overload). If you're looking at an excellent tool to help your employees get out & about interacting within the community then this would be one worth checking out!! We've noticed significant increases across all departments including retention / upsells.
