I like how easy it is to use. It's not very complicated, but it does take some time to get used to sometimes. The fact that we can also have our own custom software is a great plus! Not much at this point. Just getting started with this product, so far its been pretty good. We are solving our problems with having to move huge amounts of data between multiple different systems. It's very easy to use. You can see what needs to be done in order to meet the client's requirements. If there are problems that need to be solved and they are not listed, it takes a long time before new ones will be added to the list. I wish we could add our own custom fields. We have created a document management system for several years. This program has been a huge help.
