I bought these for rolling out dough and pie crusts. That's great! The dough sticks to it easily, but it comes off easily if you want to pry it off. I can roll out the sheet of dough and this silicone sheet completely prevents the dough from rolling back to its original size. The only flour I have to use is so the rolling pin doesn't stick. If I want to roll the dough or turn it to the other side, I can easily unclip it. It also sticks well to the countertop and comes off just as easily. Wonderful! All sorts of useful information is printed on the sheet, from measurement conversions to different sized circles and squares for cakes and pastries. It's easy to clean by simply dipping it in soapy water and then rinsing it off. I can only warmly recommend this to you.
