I wanted to give zero stars. I couldn't imagine it without him. Count my star minus one.

Do not buy this item. Not only is it ridiculously difficult to set up, but the company won't help either. When my husband left a message on the help site, he received a call back from a man posing as a system administrator. He said he helps customer service representatives and admitted he wasn't really qualified to help. My husband asked for the instructions on the box and was told they don't work because they are a few years old. My husband asked to speak to a manager and was told the next level was VP of Operations and he did not take customer calls. Of course we will send this device back.
