Crane EE 8077GR Heater Grey Infrared Review

We liked these heaters because they could be controlled remotely. But as of November 2021, Crane has officially stopped supporting the app. So the wifi function doesn't work at all! That says a lot about the company. When I emailed the company asking them to fix the app, I received a one-sentence reply that the app was discontinued. Not even 4 years have passed and these heaters are now completely useless to us. I will never buy a Crane product again in my life.

Setup was pretty easy BUT the account you have on faucet-usa.com is different from the one you use to manage your WI-FI . You must follow the instructions EXACTLY and you MUST create an account on the app. Be careful, the username is also case-sensitive. For the price, it really should have a real remote control. I wouldn't buy this unit unless you plan on using it as a temperature setting all the time. Setting up Wi-Fi is very painful. I'm an IT professional, so these things are not difficult for me.
