IT guy can't get WIFI to work because his Wi-Fi isn't working

I wouldn't buy this unit unless you plan on using it as a temperature setting all the time. Setting up Wi-Fi is very painful. I'm an IT professional, so these things are not difficult for me. Usually. It does not apply to this device. I couldn't connect to Bluetooth for almost an hour. After I finally plugged it in and my network saw it too. Now I get an error when setting up an account in Crane. I literally spent hours trying to get the WiFi to work. I gave up. Just don't buy this device if you need Wi-Fi functionality.
