Review on ClassicFlame 26-inch 3D Infrared Quartz 🔥 Electric Fireplace Insert Plug and Safer Sensor, Black by Luis Penczak

EDIT: At the time of this review I was told that the seller will ship the remote 7-10 days to receive it. It's been almost a month and I haven't had a word on the remote at all. Knowing it would be like this, we installed the insert. However, due to its location and physical nature, it cannot be used without a remote control. I will update my review if someone fixes the issue! We managed to get a mantel from a historic building in our hometown. We also needed an additional heat source, and this insert caught my eye because it can heat up to 1,000 square feet. It has many settings, multiple options for flame colors and speeds, which is a big bonus. I like the look of tree trunks compared to others that just have rocks at the bottom. It was very easy for my husband to slide into the mantel and insert the insert. I've searched elsewhere on the web and similar where 50.00 is greater or higher. Mine didn't have a remote and the company fixed the problem straight away, although I waited 2 weeks to open the box and found there was no remote. I am very excited to receive the remote and see how well it works in Kentucky this winter.
