This is the best pot and pan set my wife and I have ever owned at a HUGE win. The comparison between them and everything else we've had before (across a variety of price points) is almost comical. Just buy it. Do yourself a favor and do it. I was able to go into all the details, like built-in filters in pot lids, built-in spouts for pouring, and markings inside for measurements. There are many such trifles related to the quality of life. But the simple fact is that they are strong, durable, reliable, with a super non-stick coating and easy to clean even after several months. I may upgrade again after we've spent a few years with them, but at this rate they're exactly the same as the day we unboxed them a few months ago. So I'm optimistic. If we ever need to replace them, we'll still buy Calfalon next time.
