I have emailed Calaphon customer service to replace a pot from this set that I just bought. I gave them 1 because their support team didn't contact me. I have had these pots several times in my life. They are so easy to care for that they don't have to be scrubbed or accidentally washed in the dishwasher because "nothing goes off". You could just wipe it with a damp sponge. I've only used the large pot twice, and this afternoon I've only washed it for the third time (including washing it after it first arrived). I would only give this product a 4.7. I ordered a few months ago and only wanted to write a review after using it for a long time.
