Review on 🍳 Calphalon Classic Hard-Anodized Nonstick 10-Piece Cookware Set: Exceptional Pots and Pans Collection for Your Kitchen by April Mitchell

I have emailed Calaphon customer service to replace a pot from this set that I just bought. I gave them 1 because their support team didn't contact me. One of the pans has a "round scratch" on the bottom of the pan on the non-stick surface. I want them to replace a pot so I don't have to send the whole set back. If they ever come back with me and replace this pan I will definitely update this review with maybe a 5. I really like pans but customer service is such an important part of online shopping. Without good customer support, you can throw your money down the drain. UPDATE: I have not been able to contact Calafon via email or phone. Therefore, this review remains alone. I would put zero if I could. I've spent my money with them and they no longer feel the need to provide customer service.
