I really like these chopping boards - it's handy that they are colored and coded with tabs, well hidden in the bottom and easy to handle clean. They just don't fit my needs as much as I'd like. So I personally would say that these are 2-3 star cutting boards. But just looking at the product itself I would definitely give 4 stars. Firstly they are too small when you are chopping a lot of meat and veggies so tucked away they save table space when when cooking I actually need to arrange more bowls, boards etc to accommodate the ingredients, so I feel like I'm on the end to use more space. Also, I didn't realize how much I needed a pen until I had one! I recently discovered a 'hack' to pour chopped food into a bowl through this hole and it turned out to be incredibly useful. But I also don't feel like I'm holding a board well without a handle, nor do I like that I'm directly touching where I'm cutting food. Ultimately, I would recommend them to those who don't. doesn't cook much, or maybe a small apartment or dorm room, but not someone who cuts a lot of ingredients, especially in large batches.
