Followed directions closely on two small projects. The primer laid down smooth and smooth on both coats. The iron paint was runny and runny and more like a wash. I shook the bottle before applying to make sure it was mixed well. I had to apply to get full coverage. Two coats and let dry completely. Lightly spray the activator, wait 5 minutes, 2nd lightly spray on the model. It dried out, but it was really random where it rusted. It was very blotchy and highlighted in rust spots, although I was hoping for a more even rust effect. The rusted spots were good. Overall pretty dissatisfied.
