Designed for the elderly among us
As an elderly person, I have limited use of remotes that seem to have enough buttons to launch a space shuttle and that need to be at least a foot long. For everyday use, I prefer something much simpler and smaller, with larger displays, comfortable keys, and plenty of key spacing. I've had several universal remotes in the past and RCA seems to be one of the best. This remote was the easiest to program I have ever owned. I bought three of these, two to work with the same gear (one next to the couch and one from my lazy boy) and one to work with different gear in a different room.
