Review on XPEL Extra Wide Door Guard by Robert Hunter

WOW, this 'sticky tape' was very easy to stick on my doors. It looks great and you can hardly see it; compared to those ugly plastic door panels you can buy at your local auto shop. I plan to buy more for my wife's car and gifts. I see other reviews and problems I need to solve: 1. I've only had it for about a month. Looks very good.2. This slide appears to be rubberized. This is to protect my door and the "other car's" door from accidental knocking. This tape is NOT suitable for accidentally opening a door with some force.3. Watch the video on the Xpel website for installation tips and take your time. Proper cleaning is essential. The tape only covers about 1/8 inch inside and out. It is very subtle and hardly noticeable. I rubbed it with alcohol and it sticks very well. I did it on a warm day. Time. 4. The company website shows a wider band (0.5 inch) if you need this size. But I couldn't wrap the inside of the door anymore, and I don't need much on the outside of the door to protect it from dents.5. The 12 feet you get should make 4 doors. If you want to make more than 2 cars, just buy a bigger roll of 0.38 inch tape.
