Won't go up. in panel
I started with the driver's door handle. The bolt holes will be rolled up about halfway down the bolt. I tried everything except for the notches in the door holes to line them up. Eventually gave up and got one from a local GM dealer. Should have done that first and saved about an hour and a half in the South Texas sun.
