Good for a campfire?

Sorry, it was a spontaneous choice: I saw "waffle maker" and clicked "Yes, I need it!". But it's not a waffle iron. I'm not sure I'll ever use that thing. The pan is small - 6" x 4" - and the waffle can be about 1/2" thick, more like 1/16" where the "dimples" meet. This is indeed a biscuit. There will be no breakfast for you. And you have to heat it over a flame and decide when to turn it over to cook both sides. They really talk about a village experience. "Smores would have been a lot easier. In terms of quality, it's similar to what someone made in a high school workshop. The hinges allow an opening of no more than 90Β° and are fixed with cotter pins; two panels appear to be cast aluminum and machined in certain places; the handles, which appear to be soldered into the panels, are 7.5 inches long, with 4-inch wooden dowels glued to metal rods (good luck with those flames!); It weighs 1.12 pounds, so I don't see the point of carrying it around in my backpack to enjoy waffles. Finally the price, $25? I don't want to belittle anything that comes from an ally. But sorry guys, that's different.
