Review on OnGuard Pitbull U Lock Black 9 06 Inch by Tyler Gannamani

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very strong and also very heavy

I'm quite clumsy with my bike locks as I don't really look after them, I accidentally bump into bike racks and keep dropping them on concrete. This. seems to really like it when I do it. I think it was designed to be abused. It looks and feels new, although in some places there is a soft, transparent, thin layer on the large component. This lock also doubles as a bludgeon if I'm ever attacked while cycling. I could probably seriously shake someone with this thing if I ever had to fend off a psycho. I hope I never have to test this, but if I have to I think I'll add it to this review. Yes, it's extremely durable, and that feels good too. However, the weight distribution is almost entirely on the locking part and the bracket to hold the lock to the frame is huge. This limited my bottle cage options too much (since I couldn't get the cage in at all unless I wanted my hip to hit the lock with every kick), so I removed the lock mount and kept it locked for now. on my luggage rack.
