This is a review of a 12 inch Cast Iron Skillet. I bought this pan for camping. I love cooking non-traditional camp food around the campfire while camping. You know, like homemade tortillas, chicken cordon bleu, spaghetti. Do you understand. I needed a good cast iron skillet to do this and this skillet was just what I was looking for. I have used this pan many times since purchasing it and it always cleans well. I take the time to oil it and then season it again. I also use Qlty First Cast Iron Cleaner to clean it (I also recommend this product, it looks like it's part of a knight's armor). If you're familiar with cast iron and have the muscles to use it, this is a great pan. If you have the odd desire to put all your pots in the dishwasher, this pan is not for you.
